Dan Gibson joined Delk McNally LLP in 2010 and became a partner in 2017. He is a seasoned litigator with deep experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, personal injury, general litigation, and government law. Dan also serves as a trusted advisor to Delk McNally’s corporate and business clients, assisting with a broad range of transactions and legal matters.
With over 17 years of legal experience, Dan is known for his aggressive yet pragmatic approach to resolving complex legal issues. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts, including high-stakes contract disputes, catastrophic injury claims, product liability cases, wrongful death actions, civil rights and discrimination claims, and other challenging matters.
