Jason Delk is a founding partner of Delk McNally LLP, bringing over two decades of litigation experience to the firm. Jason focuses his practice on all areas of litigation and trial work, including commercial litigation, business disputes, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
Throughout his career, Jason has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies nationwide. He has secured multi-million dollar results and has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the country involving complex claims across numerous industries. Jason’s courtroom experience, strategic thinking, and client-focused approach have earned him recognition as a trusted advocate in high-stakes legal matters.
Jason earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law–Indianapolis in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Pre-Law from Ball State University and is a proud graduate of Muncie Central High School.
In addition to his legal practice, Jason has contributed to legal scholarship as co-author of the Indiana section of the American Bar Association’s Franchise Desk Book and Effective Use of Demonstrative Exhibits, a resource published by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.
Jason and his wife, Melissa, reside in Muncie, Indiana, with their two children.
